Our facility includes extrusion machines, cutting machines, slitting machines, recycling machines and a standby generator which enables us to achieve a 24 hour production cycle. Our production team consists of hardworking and top notch operators with years of experience, all of whom have what it takes to effectively deliver the desired product output with minimum supervision.
We currently operate at a manufacturing capacity of 40tons/month. Our target is to steadily increase capacity to 300 tons/month within the next 5 years through different finance schemes.
Recycling
We started from recycling Low Density Polyethylene materials in 2012, by converting single-use materials like water sachets, shrink wraps, and other packaging materials (which contribute about 40% waste to environmental pollution in our world today) to multiple-use materials like grow bags for agriculture, ground covers for construction and much more.
These recycled items could either be sold to plastic or rubber manufacturing companies or used to produce other multiple use polythene films needed by industries in Nigeria such as agricultural films, construction nylons, consumer packaged goods etc.
